Personnellement, j’adore le concept as I am always in for a bit of luxury and it’s parfait for families. We tested in London last year for my birthday as well as in France while going to Disneyland Paris last year and we absolutely LOVED it!

Hotels tend to be quite pricy, and don’t offer much privacy, especially when you have a family.
As for Airbnbs, they can be a hit or miss. It can be nice to be living with a family and the hosts are often eager to showcase the best local produce etc. But you can lack privacy and you don’t get l’avantage of having your own cooking facilities.
On the other hand, serviced apartments offer the best of both worlds. You get to enjoy complete privacy and the ability to come and go as you please. It’s like being in the comfort of your own home, but you also get to enjoy house-keeping services.
