A Family Stay at Hyatt House London Stratford

We recently enjoyed a Family Stay at Hyatt House London Stratford and we were very impressed with our experience!

Hyatt House London Stratford

We used to live dans la capitale and now that we are in Kent, we love exploring Londres once a month or so.

Thanks to the fast train from Ashford International, Westfield Stratford City is on our doorstep within half an hour.

And right next to it, you have the stunning Hyatt House London Stratford.

Le concept est simple, you get to experience the comfort and convenience in their aparthotels.

Each studio is equipped with all the amenities you need and there is even a gym!

Our Arrival

As soon as we arrived, we loved how easy it was to get to Hyatt House London Stratford.

Usually, we would come to Stratford on the train, but due to train strikes, we drove there. The journey was longer but you can park right by the hotel at Westfield Stratford City, Park B et voilà!

You are right by the entrance. We went straight away to la réception where were greeted by a very stylish lobby.

The Atmosphere

L’atmosphère of the hotel? I reckon my photos would speak more than words to describe Hyatt House London Stratford.

Modern and chic, the hotel certainly looks good with the décor and the bar.

It’s stylish, young and full of energy. And actually, a famous football team was staying there that night.

Sadly, I did not get a glimpse at the footballers, but I would imagine that Hyatt House London Stratford is a trendy place in East London.

En plus, you can easily access Central London, Canary Wharf, and London City Airport and it’s right by the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Such a cool location with some trendy attractions!

Our Family Room

Pour l’occasion, we stayed in one of the beautiful fully equipped studios with the main bedroom and en-suite.

It’s called an aparthotel as you can stay there as long as you want.

With a living room and an equipped kitchenette, you have it all to make it your pied-à-terre in East London.

Stanley loved having his own space in the adjacent room where the sofa was turned into a bed.

I loved the modern and très chic décor with elegant frames as well as our comfy king-size bed. The welcome treats were lovely too!

And j’ai adoré the bathroom. The choice of couleurs gave it a minimalist, yet très chic look.

Plus, our aparthotel studio was much bigger than the average room in London: 38 sqm. It was beautiful to see Cherry Park at night.

Amenities at The Hotel

The hotel also features a bar and terrace. It’s beautifully decorated.

We stopped for a cocktail and it was lovely to relax in such a luxurious space.

But we also checked out the gym on the 12th floor. Parfait if you plan a longer stay and you still want to be active!

Food at the Hyatt House London Stratford

And when you stay at Hyatt House London Stratford, you can also experience some food at the Elondi Restaurant.

Again, le restaurant is beautifully decorated and there are many spaces. We sat in the corner and it was great to have our own little family space, playing games.

We enjoyed some classic British and European dishes with fish and chips for the boys and pasta for me.

After a quiet night, we got to sample a love breakfast. Stanley was well impressed with the donuts.

I loved my traditionnel British petit-déjeuner with some eggs and sausages. You got all les classiques with viennoiseries and more.

Exploring East London

Fancy exploring East London? I have a couple of idées for you.

If you are traveling with young children, I really recommend the Discover Children’s Story Centre on the High Street.

It’s truly a magical place with kids, we could stay there for hours!

We also love the play area right outside Stratford International.

And I obviously went shopping 😝
