Cove Landmark Pinnacle in Canary Wharf

We checked in Cove Landmark Pinnacle in Canary Wharf last weekend and we have been very much impressed.

We tried the aparthotel concept before. But with Cove, it feels even more luxurious.

Indeed, Cove Landmark Pinnacle is in the heart of London’s thriving financial capital.

It’s a 233-meter skyscraper. It’s even the tallest residential building in Europe and has more habitable floors than any other building in Europe! Cove offers over 160 rooms like ours.

Our Arrival

As soon as we arrived, the receptionist was very helpful and even suggested some local places to eat out in the evening.

We checked out the entrance on the ground floor and yet, we were so impressed with the décor.

It looked very peaceful with all the green plants and very stylish.

Modern, yet with a beautiful set of couleurs. What do you think? Nice place to relax, non?

Our Large Studio Apartment

Once checked in, we were escorted to our Large Studio Apartment for the night.

Such a beautifully designed space. It consisted of the main bedroom area as well as a living room space with a huge sofa.

Stanley was happy to explore and sit with a magazine while we enjoyed the view of the Isle of Dogs.

It was absolutely sublime, especially in the late afternoon with the sunset.

The space was so well-thought with cooling and floor-to-ceiling windows for a maximum of light in the studio.

Are you a dog lover? Your pet is welcome too!

Facilities & Ambience

The Cove Studio also included a kitchen area with a small table. And we had it all with a fridge, kitchen utensils, plus an iron board!

It is like you have your own little apartment! All you need is to bring your clothes and you are at home.

The bathroom was très moderne too, with lots of cabinets. I love nothing more than a good space to store my numerous beauty products…

Overall, the studio looked very stylish. The decor was minimalist. Yet we had all we needed to feel at home.

I loved les petites touches such as the paintings and frames.

It completed very well the modern look. A great fit in this London district.

We relaxed, and enjoyed a glass of wine while looking at the boats go by on the Thames.

27th Floor

But Stanley wanted to go on the 27th Floor as we were told there was a lounge and a play area. We got a fob at the reception so that we could access the magic level.

Et quelle surprise! If you think that our studio was gorgeous, then you would be impressed with the 27th floor!

The lounge was absolutely beautiful. Such a peaceful space for you to relax.

With a ping pong table and even a table football table. Pretty cool eh?

The view was extraordinary.

And when we discovered the play area on the other side, it was even better! You are literally in an urban jungle with a soft light.

Follow the circuit, and stop by the wooden house.

Or have a go at the interactive puzzles situated in the mini disco jungle.

I have never seen such a cool play area! And that view, wow!!!

A Weekend in Canary Wharf

Because we were in the area, we walked around Canary Wharf at night.

What a beautiful mini adventure in the city.

I left the boys to catch up with a friend of mine. They went to the local Shake Shack.

And we stopped by for some shopping, bien sûr! Canary Wharf is so vibrant and has a lot to offer!

Our Stay at Cove Landmark Pinnacle – Le Verdict

We LOVED our Stay at Cove Landmark Pinnacle. I checked out some pics online beforehand and I knew it was going to be quite luxurious.

But it was so much better than what I expected. We had a visite très sophistiquée thanks to Cove. I didn’t want to go back home LOL.

Cove Landmark Pinnacle is absolutely sublime. The decor was so chic and modern. Our studio was stunning and the service was impeccable from start to finish.

Top mark too with the lounge and the play area. I mean the views from the 27th floor were absolutely AMAZING.

Stanley had a blast in the play area. It was definitely our favourite space. It felt like being in an urban jungle with such astonishing views!

And the entire space was calm and relaxing.

Serviced apartments like Cove are definitely the future to enjoy family stays in big cities. It’s more spacious than a traditional hotel room.

And you get to live like a Londoner for a few nights.

It would also be un choix idéal for workers who need a pied-a-terre in town when they attend meetings and seminars.
