February 2019 – Mini Mode & Meeting The Founder of kikki.K

Bonjour lecteurs! We are now well over the second half of March and I can’t believe I am writing my February recap post only now! With our huge Mother’s Day Giveaways event and many days out, I have not had a minute to myself! I am only back from a great event with the Breast Cancer Care (have a look at our stories on Instagram too for more info, it is super important!), so time to put this all together aujourd’hui! January 2019 had already been a busy month but February 2019 has been equally fun!

Valentine’s Day

We had a quiet Valentine’s Day this year. Grumpy Boyfriend cooked me some dinner and we even went for a romantic stroll in the country!

Not sexy but it felt good to get some fresh air!

Haha, I feel a bit old saying that, but it was actually lovely and so relaxing!

We happened to spend Valentine’s Day with this little munchkin 🙂

Plus, he treated me to a new bag so I can’t complain 🙂

Mini Mode London’s Kids Fashion Week

But a huge event last month had to be Mini Mode. Once more, I was lucky to attend the cool London’s Kids Fashion Week and see some exclusive SS19 collections. Some of our fave brands were present so I was super excited to see Angel & Rocket and Little Lord  & Lady‘s new creations! And more bien sûr!

Plus, I also had a lovely cocktail so I was super happy!

And I had some fun on my own the day after with Mini Mode!

And before all that jazz, I spent most of the day in Hampstead for a future collab with Distinctively Me! Soon on the blog hopefully!

A Fab Day Out In Canterbury

And now that I just mentioned a good drink, I also tried something totally amazing! Have you ever had a Flora Tea? It is simply magical! You literally put the tea bag in some hot water and it transforms into a gorgeous flower! En plus, it tastes nice too!

Some romantic time was on the cards later on in Canterbury

As we had a very quite Valentine’s Day, we decided to spend a Saturday out in Canterbury, just the two of us!

And some yummy food too!

Baba stayed at Nanny S. and we had some fancy lunch in the beautiful town before walking around its garden and doing a bit of shopping. Plus, the sun was out so it is one of this month’s memories I want to remember forever!

Hythe on the Coast

That and a cute family day out we had in Hythe. If you have never visited this town on the coast, time to book your tickets now for a relaxing afternoon along the promenade.

The next day, we had a little trip to Hythe

It was so nice to chillax a bit and just enjoy the moment. As we live literally less than half an hour drive, we decided to go on an impromptu trip.

Baba obviously tried to escape from me…

Baba had a ride in his car and we even enjoyed some ice cream as it was so hot for February!

A ride on his car and a lolly for the Frenchie baby 🙂

Meeting The Founder of kikki.K

And to finish the month en beauté, I met Kristina Karlsson, the Founder of the Swedish design and stationery business, kikki.K! If you have not read her book yet, you have to get it now!

THE BOOK!!!

Your Dream Life Starts Here is such a cool livre to get you going and inspiring you to achieve the best! I attended a workshop with her in London and got my copy signed.

And I got to meet the author too! She is so inspiring!

What a way to wrap up a short but intense month!

It feels totally strange to write this post only now. But I am so pleased I did because I got to remember all the gorgeous things that we did as a family and more!

I promise, our March 2019 will be well on time! Pardon, it will be soon 🙂
