Baba Fashionista with Angel & Rocket & Giveaway

Bonjour lecteurs! I hope you are having a good weekend and you are ready for our new fashion post? We love featuring cute childrenswear brands and today is super exciting because one of our readers will win the same ensemble. Oui oui, you will win a pair of jeans with a cute jumper worth £40. So make sure to enter our fab giveaway that we have on Baba Fashionista with Angel & Rocket this week! And to convince you further that you need those clothes in your life, let’s tell you what we like about them!

Angel & Rocket is not a space travel agency. It’s better than that!I just thought that it would be a nice way to start. In case you missed it in the news, there has been a huge Flat Earth Conference recently… You see, you can’t say that we don’t tell you interesting facts. Baba and Frenchie Mummy are very cultured people! If you want to read more on this topic, have a look at the news. Apparemment, NASA lied to us all along! Scary! But let’s get our priorities right and go back to Baba Fashionista with Angel & Rocket

3 Facts about Angel & Rocket

  • Angel & Rocket knows well that kids love to be admired and noticed, so the brand wants to produce unique and distinct designs which reflect their own individual style. As a mum, I totally get that. As you already know, Baba is a bit of a diva and we love clothes that you can’t find anywhere else.

  • Something else we like about this label? It is a family run business founded by Kate Bostock and supported by her husband and two sons. Nothing better than la famille to support you when you have such a project. It reminds me of starting my blog. Both Baba and Grumpy Boyfriend were very supportive when I decided to start it all (or maybe not as you can see here…). Frenchie Mummy loves supporting mum entrepreneurs like Kate. This is actually one of the raisons why we started Baba Fashionista!

  • The brand has high expectations: great designs, uncompromised quality, premium fabrics… Plus it is also ethical! Angel & Rocket is always going the extra mile to create fab designs at affordable prices. La preuve it is gorgeous? Some magazines we love like Hello and Smallish both featured the label! When you see this, you know it’s a good sign…

But lets’ see what we received!

STANLEY JEANS

I am not a jeans’ girl. I have to wear formal clothes at work and if I want to chill out, I am always comfy in leggings. Baba is the same. He had a couple of jeans when he was little but I didn’t really like them as I found them tricky to put on. Mon bébé is a strong boy and it can be un peu too stretch in my opinion.

But those jeans totally changed my mind! As soon as we shared some pics on Instagram, people told me how gorgeous Baba looked in those.

Made of super soft jersey denim for a total comfort and stylish look, it’s true they look fab! Matched up with a t-shirt or sweatshirt, Baba was also exceptionally comfy while wearing them.

Looking super cool with those jeans!

The contrast topstitching is simply cool and we love the pocket embroidery on the back pocket. It simply looks dapper and gives the Frenchie baby a super casual look!

Let me show exactly why!

I might have changed my mind about jeans! Plus, they are so easy to put on with the elastic waistband!

BODHI DIAGONAL STRIPE KNITTED JUMPER

How cool is this jumper? Plus it is so warm for the winter! I am always a huge fan of stripes. I know, I am so Frenchie! But this item is a fun twist on a classic version, as the stripes go diagonally across the body and sleeves.

Such a cute jumper!

Made in super soft cotton, I love the contrast embroidery and the fun badge on the front hem! Plus you have a rocket as well. After all, it’s the label’s symbol!

With two popper buttons on one shoulder, it is easy to dress Baba up!

He knows he looks like a star!

Cute colours, fun details and super cosy for the season, le pull est parfait! It helps to keep my Baba warm while we go on adventures in the park. Plus he looks like a babe! So much I just want to kiss him encore et encore!

Baba Fashionista with Angel & Rocket – Le verdict

I always thought jeans would be too restrictive for young children, but maybe these days they have lycra in them to make them a bit stretchy?

They look fab on Baba and I love the stripey jumper.

  92. Fiona jk42
    December 19, 2017 / 4:27 pm

I think toddlers always look really cute dressed in mini versions of adult clothes, provided the toddler versions are cut well and made of suitable fabric so that they are comfortable. We know how uncomfy some adult-sized jeans can be, so it’s important the fabric used for toddler clothes is soft and has lots of give.

  93. December 19, 2017 / 4:33 pm

I think they are great and practical for rough and tumble activities

  94. Lauren Stebbings
    December 19, 2017 / 5:13 pm

I think they’re great, really hard wearing, fantastic addition to the wardrobe. As long as they’re not so tight or bulky that they restrict baby/child’s movement then I love jeans on kids.
