As soon as the parcel arrived, I was so impressed by the lovely selection. I have known and used some similar blends in the past, but you get to test 12 différents parfums thanks to the set.
We packed it during our most recent trip to London and even Stanley checked it out.

Developing My Aromatherapy Knowledge
But I went further, by investing in a diffuser. We LOVE it! I can’t believe I have not bought one before! It’s such a fab idée!
Whatever mood I am in, I can either relax or even use a more intense blend to feel more energised.
Mes préférés? I love my Tea Tree Oil for its medicinal benefits and because I find the scent so soothing.
But also the Grapefruit Essential Oil when I am stressed or if I need a bit of reinvigoration.
I love them so much I carry them at all times in my bag. And whenever I feel stressed or overwhelmed, I apply some on my skin, in my neck area, and on my wrists.
Stanley particularly likes the Bergamot blend, especially in his bath after school. Plus, it leaves your skin even softer!

Such a wide range of aromas! I would love to smell the cinnamon bark as I have never seen that as an essetial oil before!

I’ve never used essential oils but the suggestion it putting in the bath sounds luxurious. I love really nice scented bath products but I guess oils will stay on your skin more making the scent last longer.
I know my husband loves a good massage too and he gives amazing massages when I get knots in my shoulder: I think adding essential oils to this experi Ned will make it feel more like a spa experience which would be nice since we’re on a budget
