I used collagen powder in the past and liked it, but for some reason, I got out of the habit of using it. I don’t know about you, but I always struggle to stick to it when I use food supplements.
But this year is une histoire différente! I want to establish healthier routines. I am actually trying a new health programme with an online coach to look after myself and it was quickly obvious that I was not consuming enough proteins.
