I’d love to try this. I’ve heard so much about collagen.
I’d really love to try collagen. Like everyone else here, I’ve heard so much about it. My nails are often splitting, and my hair has terrible damaged ends and needs some TLC. It would be interesting to see how much the collagen helps with that.
Coming into my 30’s, too, I know I need to really start upping my game if I want my skin to stay young and healthy for longer!
