Located in the historic centre of Tarragona, the H10 Imperial Tarraco is a beautiful place to stop by in La Costa Dorada.

Recently renovated, like the other H10 locations, it will make a stunning pied-à-terre for you and your family if you decide to stop by this part of La Costa Dorada.

L’Atmosphère

The H10 Imperial Tarraco knows how to welcome you! As soon as we arrived, I was enchantée by the scent of lilies at la réception.

You are greeted with some spectacular sculpture. You know straight away that you are in for a treat with some subtle, yet luxurious décor.

Les couleurs, the pieces of furniture… J’adore its earthy-themed interior.

But also the velvet chairs in this shade or even the frames that makes the place feel luxurious, yet relaxing.

Room

My room was on the 5th floor and yet again, The H10 Imperial Tarraco did not disappoint with such a gorgeous space.

It had a bit of a maritime vibe with the ropes styled walls and the delicate beige and white touches.

Le plus? The view from my balcony where I could observe the town waking up slowly each day, as well as the port and the beach!

C’est fabuleux that The H10 Imperial Tarraco is so central in Tarragona and yet, you can go to the pool or the beach so easily.

I also loved that we were so close to the amphitheatre and the town centre.

La Salle De Bains

As for the salle de bains, it was equally elegant with touches of blue and white to keep it neutral, yet opulent.

J’adore les petites touches such as the drawers where you can store all your skincare and make up. I never travel light and I hate nothing more than a tiny sink where I can’t put anything on.

The room was made of a large shower with a modern head so that you could fully relax. What do you think? Isn’t it pretty?

Le Petit-Déjeuner

I loved starting the day with a feast for le petit-déjeuner. From some continental food to a large selection of fruit and pastries, it has it all.

Le plus? There was also some traditional Spanish food such as churros available. I know for a fact that Stanley would never say no to this…

Even better, you get to enjoy your food while seating in a light and well decorated dinning area.

And I reckon that in the summer, you can even do so on the balcony to look at the sea.

Facilities

Overall, the H10 Imperial Tarraco was beautiful and had everything you would expect in Spain.

Spend some time and relax at the outdoor pool.

Or if you fancy something a bit more glam, made it to the bar and enjoy a cocktail by the rooftop pool.

It’s the best! There is also  a spa where you can enjoy a Turkish bath and a gym, but I did not make the honors. Quelle surprise!

Family-Friendly

While I visited the H10 Imperial Tarraco In Tarragona during a solo trip with Jet2holidays, I felt that the hotel is also very family-friendly.

Par exemple, the main swimming-pool is within a beautiful garden area with an adjacent children’s pool. Plus, you are near la plage, which is super handy!

Stanley would have also loved the selection of food at the buffet.

It’s chic, elegant but also so welcoming! Plus, there is so much to do in the area. I will share more on the blog soon.

In my opinion, the H10 Imperial Tarraco In Tarragona is absolutely stunning and has everything to offer for you to have a beautiful family staycation.

From the elegant ambience, to its spacious rooms, it has all that I am looking for a family holiday abroad.

Le détail top? It feels luxurious and you are in the centre of a beautiful area where you can explore and create lots of fab memories with your tribe. Or you can simply enjoy una siesta or two in some luxurious location… It’s up to you!

It’s a 10/10 for me. I loved stayed there and fell in love with the ambience.
