Bonjour lecteurs! It’s time to reflect on last month. I can’t believe I am only writing about November 2022 now. But I have been so busy with our last edition of Xmas Giveaways. Kent Life
If you have been following the Frenchie Mummy Blog for a while, you would know how much I love our life in the Kentish country.
We are always up for some adventures and I truly love Kent. From the moment I arrived in the UK in 2008, I was drawn to this county.
So I was very excited to take part in the Family Experiences campaign run by the Kent Downs AONB.
Even though we have already visited many places in the past, we made it to Barham for a bushcraft experience.
It was such an eye-opener! Something très différent. I really recommend you check out what the Kent Downs AONB has to offer for families in 2023.
Home Life
And in between our Kentish adventures in the country, we also had lots of lovely memories at home.
With a lot of books, cartoons, and games.
As well as some yummy food, because pourquoi pas after all…?
And bien sûr, we celebrated Children in Need in style!
Getting Into The Xmas Spirit
While juggling the blog and work, I also got in the festive spirit. Not far now before the big day! What do you have planned for Noël?
We are off to France, so I made sure to get some nice presents for my loved ones. For once, I got organised.
We made it to the Ashford Designer Outlet for some cool prezzies. I worked on a fun campaign with Bedeck 1951.
And it was l’excuse parfaite to get a Xmas photo or too! Even in my sportswear! ?

Horwood House In Buckinghamshire
On the third weekend, we stayed at Horwood House in Buckinghamshire.
And it was absolutely beautiful. Imagine a manor house in a country estate in the middle of England.
Remember when I said I loved living in Kent? Well, let’s move to Buckinghamshire!
It was absolutely fantastique to drive among the green hamlets to reach our destination.
And we also stopped by the Silverstone Interactive Museum as Stanley is a big fan of cars! Wow! So much fun!
We came back home happy and rested. I have not written a full Horwood House review, but let me know if you would like to know more.
Boys Hall
Ok, Kent is still mon préféré, especially when new beautiful places like Boys Hall are around!
The boutique restaurant and hotel opened up a few weeks ago in Ashford and we were eager to check it out.
And it was un succés! The location is absolutely stunning and so are the food and the service.
Stop by next time you are in the area! Spot my fave Sandro dress too…
Christmas Magic at Leeds Castle
To finish November 2022, we stopped by the library for more histoires.
But we also stopped by the brand new illuminated trail in Leeds Castle. It’s the first time it is on.
So beautiful with the musique! We LOVE Leeds Castle.
It was lovely to see the castle and grounds illuminated. It’s still on until the start of January. Book your tickets now, it is definitely worth the visit!
November 2022 – A Happy Family In The Country
Et voilà! November 2022 was just the story of a Happy Family In The Country, truly!
I mean, we had so many exciting adventures in Angleterre!
I could not think of another title for l’occasion.
We have more days out planned this month and then, we are off to France for Xmas!
I am also going to reflect on 2022 and prepare for 2023. So not ready to switch off yet! But it’s so exciting!
What will you be doing for Christmas? Where will you be? What are your plans and main focuses in 2023? I can’t wait to see what’s in the pipeline for all of you!

What an exciting month to do so many things in the run up to Christmas
Such a busy month for you! Have a wonderful time in France for christmas! We will mostly be at home and round at our families, but they are only round the corner so not too much travelling for us!
It is amazing how every month is so jammed packed that you can probably write a novel every weekend. Kent does look stunning, very green and full of history. I like the sound of the Bushcraft experience to let my kids experience things without the use of electricity and technology. Leeds castle looks magnificent too, so magical and festive. I need to find a way of getting there
