Living Arrows 17/53 – Bouncy Castle and Seaside

Bonjour lecteurs! I bet you must be enjoying the lovely weather we are lucky to have. It was about time! After so much rain and snow, I am loving the sun. It does feel like we went directly from Winter to Summer in just a few seconds, but I will not complain! C’est l’opposĂ©! I am loving it. So Living Arrows 17/53 is going to be full of fun, sea and sun!

Living Arrows 17/53 – Bouncy Castle

Now that we have our private garden, it has been lovely to be out in the daytime while working.

Baba loves being out and playing dans le jardin. But the best this week was when his Papa bought him his own little bouncy castle. How fun when it’s hot and sunny! Frenchie Mummy actually enjoyed it too.

Faffing about in the garden. Well in his own castle!

It was nice to sunbathe and play around with mon Baba 🙂

Living Arrows 17/53 – Dymchurch

Later on, we went on an impromptu visit to Dymchurch Beach. Friday afternoon and it was so hot and sunny, Grumpy Boyfriend suggested to go there to enjoy the beach and grab a traditional fish and chips.

Both Baba and I got ready quick and off we went.

It was not too busy and simply so lovely to see him having fun on the beach.

Looking for some way to get even dirtier. What should he do?

Not scared of the waves (actually going for them all the time!), he had a blast while getting all sandy. The dream come true for a 2-year-old! Fun, water… What else?

In the middle of it! I was not far just in case…

Well, he got wet as he was going as far as possible in the sea. Then, he played with some random kids’ toys. Luckily,  the little girl was happy to share her cars and lorries with Baba…

And the day ended with an ice-cream so Baba got mucky.

I told you! A fabulous day for a toddler! Fun, games and getting dirty! That’s all it is about!

Admittedly, it was great to be out and about and enjoy some sun!

I completely agree that this sounds like heaven for a 2 year old. Our gorgeous little Leo is 2 and his favourite thing is to jump into any water he can find and get himself (and anyone else nearby) soaking wet from head to toe!
