Based in Dorset, Kite makes colourful and easy to wear clothes for our little ones. And what we really like about this label is that all its garments are made from either organic cotton or recycled plastic bottles.
Sustainability is key in the clothing industry and I love nothing more than a GOTS certified brand.
The SS19 collection celebrates our ‘Happy Me’ with its playful designs and thoughtful features so that our children can be comfy while looking summery.
The brand kindly sent us an outfit to showcase its work. Time to tell you what we think of those pieces!
Mini Stripy Leggings
You know me by now… I am a sucker for stripes! It is the Frenchie woman in me 🙂
En plus, this pair of leggings is absolutely spot on as j’adore when Baba is wearing blue.
Made of 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane, those trousers make such a classic look for the Summer.
Extremely soft, they are easy to put on and I know that my Baba is comfy too. I love the texture as well as the colour. It goes with anything you might have in your wardrobe.
A staple piece of clothing for any mini adventurer like Baba!
Dinosphere T-Shirt
The brand also sent us le top parfait to match up with the trousers! This t-shirt is so adorable!
Those little dinos are mega sweet and what little boy is not intrigued by those creatures?
So c’est un succés! Mamas would love the softness of this garment (it is made of 100% organic cotton) while little ones would enjoy the print!
It’s bubbly and fun. Plus, the buttons on the shoulder make it so easy to take on and off.
And to finish off le look parfait, we also received a cute light jacket.
Fossil Hoody
It has to be my fave piece from the Kite SS19 Collection. This shade is seriously festive! And it goes so well with the ensemble!
It will also look stunning with a pair of jeans or some shorts this Summer for chilly days.
And with its zip in the middle, it is quick and easy to dress up my Baba. He is a very active toddler so I need his clothes to be as convenient as possible!
But the top features of this hoody has to be the material it is made of!
Indeed, Kite is super proud to introduce this beautiful fossil fabric in its SS19 range. Designed with a quilted effect, it is very soft to touch and would look fab with any outfit you already have.
And because it encloses a layer of polyester fibres in between the organic cotton, it is super light, while keeping our children warm.
C’est fantastique for cooler days or if you fancy something not to heavy to carry around!
With the hoody, it also looks very modern!
Baba Fashionista with Kite SS19 – Le Verdict
The Kite SS19 range did not disappoint! With its vibrant colours and cool designs, it is fresh and joyful.
Each garment is simple, yet super sweet. We love the softness of each piece we received.
Super comfy to wear, my Baba is looking cute and he can have fun at home and outdoors too!
Do you see that smile on his face? It says it all!
My fave piece has to be the hoody for its comfy and cosy feel thanks to the beautiful ‘Fossil’ layer that the brand introduced. And that colour!
As always, Kite creates beautiful clothes that make us want to go out more often! It is a breeze of freshness on a cold and grey Saturday afternoon!
It’s like Spring is coming up early in our wardrobe! Hurrah!
