Bonjour lecteurs! I hope you are making the most of the fabulous weather we have been having lately? It is so hot! Time to share our little piece of life this week with Living Arrows. Yesterday, we made the big decision to cut Baba’s hair. After asking our followers on Instagram, we decided it was time to go for it! I would have loved to let his hair grow but Grumpy Boyfriend was not too keen on the idée… So in Living Arrows 28/53, Baba got a haircut!
Living Arrows 28/53 – Baba got a haircut (and much more!)
We went to the high street. Unfortunately, it was like the entire town wanted to get a haircut! Our usual place was so packed we thought it was a bad idée to wait. Too hot for the Frenchie bébé to hang out. And Grumpy Boyfriend did not want to miss the football… (Are you like moi? Do you not understand why boys are so crazy about this whole thing called ‘World Cup?’ Well, let me share with you some reasons to get excited about it!)
So we tried another Barber’s. And Baba loved it!
Imagine a lovely lady taking care of you! He totally flirted with her and she was so gentle, he did not move an inch! When usually, he is very suspicious of hairdressers! 🙂
She knew how to handle him. To keep him sweet, she started caressing his face and he sat back like an angel, closing his eyes!
Job done, she caressed him further because, I quote, he was ‘so sweet!!!’
Baba glanced at me: ‘Another one in love with me…’ But we did not leave without her giving him a bonbon.
Another brownie point for the lady! Baba will remember her salon for sure!
And Proud of the Results!
Ta-da! Here is our new boy, proudly watering flowers in Grandad L’ s garden!
We needed to keep busy while the boys supported England going through the semi-final. Thanks to some (well-deserved!) wine, Frenchie Mummy was part of it.
A day to remember! Baba got even further beau while the English team showed its talents at kicking a ball!
No irony in here, right?
See you next week for our photography post. I wonder what the next one will be about?!
Merci for reading Living Arrows 28/53!
Oh wow, he looks very smart with his new hair cut! #LivingArrows
His new haircut makes him look super adorable and very grown up. It’s great that he sat nicely for the hairdresser, it sounds like she was really good with him. Have a lovely week x #livingarrows
The new hair cut makes him look so grown up. I love the photo of him watering grandads flowers.
Children look so grown up once they have a hair cut don’t they!? x
What a fab haircut, and well done Baba for sitting so nicely to have it done! It’s just scary how much older they suddenly look after a haircut isn’t it! x #livingarrows
I need to take Kipper for his haircut soon, as it’s finally getting really long. But I don’t really want to as it’s another step in growing up. Baba looks great with his new cut x
