I have been very lucky with Baba so far as he has not put himself into dangerous situations. We had the odd fall at the park or on his scooter, but nothing extreme. Living With a Toddler At Home
The first few years of a child’s life are huge in terms of development. This is the period where they discover beaucoup around them and your home can become a dangerous place. I have a lock on my under stairs cupboard which is where I keep all my cleaning products
I used to lock up all cleaning products but now my children are a bit older I just talk to them about why they can be dangerous and the proper use of them.
Its a pity that its only safe to lock up cleaning products. Have you seen the idiots on youtube doing the tide pods challenge

I love the design of the box to stop little ones from getting into it. I personally think all laundry companies should follow suit and make their packaging child proof. As much as I try to keep the products out of sight and reach of my little boy, I would still rather have that extra protection just in case

I keep mine well out of reach of little fingers.
I put mine on top of our highest cupboard, because the kids have started climbing on to the worktop to reach the biscuit cupboard.

I still use fairy powder as worry those weird plastic wrappers end up in the sea. My kids are older now but we still have safety locks that irritate me daily on the sharps drawer and cleaning products !

We make sure all dangerous products are locked in cupboards securely.
As a grandparent small children are only occasional visitors here, I have to be so careful to childproof my house when they visit.
