Bonjour lecteurs! It’s officiellement time to get back to l’école! The school uniform can be ever so boring! But thanks to brands like Uniqlo, you can make it fun and super comfy. Indeed, the brand challenged me with LTK to style one of its key items, the fameux PUFFERTECH Washable Parka, so I did a petite sélection. Getting ready for school could have not been easier with Uniqlo AW24.
PUFFERTECH Washable Parka
The Uniqlo Puffertech Washable Parka is an autumn staple in the Frenchie house. Indeed, if you’ve been following me for a long time, you will have seen them on my pics over the years.
J’adore! It’s such a comfy fashion item in my wardrobe. Actually, we love it so much that we have it in couleurs différentes.
I usually get une version bleue for Stanley. But this year, we selected a green PUFFERTECH Washable Parka to add a bit of fun into his wardrobe.
Uniqlo Trousers
Whether you wear it over your school uniform, a comfy pair of joggers and your fave tee or a sweatshirt and a classic pair of jeans, it’s always un succés!
I usually stock up a couple of Uniqlo Soft Jeans because they are so cool and easy to look after.
But this year, I also selected a pair of DRY Joggers in Black and OMG! They feel so soft!
J’adore how comfy but also super trendy he looks in those. What do you think?
A Fleece Or a Sweat Stadium Jacket
Another one of our faves from the new Uniqlo AW24 collection? The fleece bien sûr! It’s a must to feel cosy in winter.
We have worn a couple over the years as they are so versatile. A fleece is just perfect for him to keep warm and it goes with everything.
This blue shade is very pretty.
But to try un look différent and turn him into my own little American boy, we also opted for this fab Sweat Stadium Jacket in navy.
And oh boy, doesn’t he look so grown up with it? Le plus, it is such a versatile item that he can wear now as a jacket in the mid-season. But when it gets colder, we will use it to build up his outfit. The art of layering with style.
Later on in the Summer, it will also be useful with a tee. Either way, he is going to keep wearing it encore and encore!
We sized up for a cool oversized style and because this way, he can also wear it with a sweater.
Sweater & Tee
Talking about tops, I wanted a piece from the Uniqlo AW24 collection with a bit of Frenchie attitude to it.
This Ultra Stretch Sweater is utterly adorable and ever so soft! It’s sérieusement gorgeous!
Over a tee or on its own, it will be his fave to relax at home after school or when he hangs around school after his numerous clubs.
He looks so grown up with it, what do you think? He is soon to be 10 after all.
We also got a couple of tees from the Pikachu collection, just because he loves this. With cool colours and super funky designs, your kids will always look super cool thanks to Uniqlo!
Stanley looked rather Parisian during one of our walks last week, non? Maybe I shall start calling him Gabriel…
Mamas Can Have Some Fun Too!
But it does not have to be all about the little ones after all! Mamans can also have fun and I certainly did when we did the shoot for the Uniqlo AW24 Collection!
I have been wearing this Uniqlo Black Satin Dress all Summer and I planning to wear it again in the winter.
This time, I styled it with an off white knit short jacket and oh la la, I feel ever so Frenchie!
And and let’s not forget to complete the look with the très iconique round mini shoulder bag in navy. LOVE that shade! It’s such a classique!
So much indeed, he stole it from me to look even cooler with his PUFFERTECH Washable Parka…
Et voilà! Just like that, he is ready to rock school in year 4 thanks to the Uniqlo AW24 collection.
