It is all about setting yourself some achievable goals. Step by step, little by little. The key idée in here? Being consistent!
Something I am not really good at but Sarah Knight’s book really made me think of what is stopping me every time.
It’s all about being focused!
And the best? When you do well, you are allowed to have a little treat! Because otherwise, life would be too miserable!
This girl knows what she is talking about!
Get Your Sh*t Together Journal Review – Le verdict
I really enjoyed this book while on holidays. Easy and fun to read, the author’s ideas might be simple, yet they are things we constantly ignore and therefore we feel like failures.
Sarah Knight’s style is quirky and really honest. She tells you the truth you never wanted to acknowledge and explains how to face it to feel successful again.
More importantly, I love the exercises included in this as it gives you time to pause, think and write it down. So that if one day you get off the golden path, you can simply reopen it, reread your notes and get the motivation going!
Because being a hustler has never been so good! C’est bon, c’est girlie! The book you need to read this Summer so that you are ready to be a champion again! And let me tell you, it feels pretty awesome to be in charge of your destiny, right?!

I struggle to get focused so then I procrastinate.
My weakness is motivation! I have absolutely none and I wish I did!
my weakness is my impatience
Meal planning – I am in a house full of fussy eaters. Everyone eats something different. Would be nice to sort something out where we can all eat relatively the same thing at the same time without them getting bored or malnourished. Which trust me, will be a challenge but hoping it will save us some money and I’ll have to spend less time in the kitchen x
telling myself a glass of wine will make me more productive when it does the opposite.
Procrastinating is my downfall
I’m a perfectionist and nothing is ever right for me: that’s my weakness
Putting things off to the last minute then berating myself for leaving it !
Absolutely no motivation to get anything done, it drives me insane!
Motivation is my main weakness! I find it hard to focus on what I need to do, I’ll find other unimportant things to do instead?

Having enough time to do everything I need to do!
I have no get up and go! Really annoys me but I can’t seem to change!
Procrastinating, not because I don’t feel motivated to do something but because i’m scared that it will go wrong and i’d rather push the failure back than face it and lose my motivation
My organisation skills could be better
My weakness is motivation and believing in myself that I can do things.
Being super lazy
Leaving things to the last minute….every time!
I start things but rarely finish before starting something else
Has to be chocolate

I’ve been really annoyed at myself this week actually because I have lots to do and no motivation to start. I need help!
My weakness is getting in a rut and getting stuck!
Motivation to change. I’d like someone to follow me around and bark orders at me, maybe that will help
I always put things off
Lack of motivation! I’ve always had this problem
My weakness is kids lol I have great intentions then the kids have other plans and I just lose my sh!t walk into rooms forgetting why i’m there, missing appointments, spend 3 hours getting the kids out the door before realising I have odd shoes on lol…Yep I need this!
I really need more motivation to get started and follow something through
I need someone to help push me into getting things done!
In my head I am like “Dont shout, Dont shout!!” however my mouth seems to have other ideas and just keeps on going LOL – fingers and toes crossed
Leaving things until tomorrow!
My weakness is being sidetracked

I’ve been falling asleep sitting up for months once again, so things get put to one side and start piling up…Energy levels are low thanks to M.E. as it is and I’m guilty of procrastination too, however, I do give myself a hearty telling off now and again!
I’m need motivation and I’m not assertive enough, bury my head in the sand
My weakness is being easily distracted. When I’m working on my laptop, my mind easily wanders and I’ll start looking up YouTube videos, replying to emails, flicking through social media. It’s a curse!

Procrastination! It’s my worst enemy. I really need to learn to fix it. My sleeping pattern is bad too and has been since my teens. That doesn’t help.

Mine has to be saying no when I really should. I really need to learn to say no more often when I don’t want to do something as I end up stressing out something chronic trying to do too much to the point of making myslef ill.
Laziness and procrastination
Overplanning… I plan and plan and plan…but never have enough time to carry out the plan
For years I have wanted to be a writer but I procrastinate too much. I get so excited about writing that the excitement about writing overtakes the ability to write so I end up not having the time to write
Procrastination is definitely my weakness and if I can get my sh*t together – who knows what I can achieve!!
