So when I select my underwear, I always go for la qualité. Feeling feminine is primordial. So we took to the test a very famous Frenchie brand in the industry. Here is our exclusive Aubade Lingerie Review.
Aubade Lingerie – 60th Anniversary

The Frenchie label is a synonym of glamour and sexy attitude. Created by Doctor Bernard, a corset specialist, Aubade wrote the first chapters of its story by offering sensual and glamorous products: lingerie became a real weapon of seduction and not only something useful.
It is fab to feel sexy with your lingerie, but for me, comfort and a good support are also essential!
So is Aubade lingerie more than a seductive brand?
Rosessence Set
The first set I received is this beautiful Rosessence bra with the matching brief.
It is a totally new style for Aubade, created to guarantee support for women with a generous breast like moi 🙂
Available up to a cup F (that is good! I hate it when you go to a shop and they only sell up to a size D…), this set is very Frenchie!
Universally romantic, the Ispahan rose is the charming accessory in the Rosessence line. And with its Aubade jewel with Swarovski diamanté, it looks very pretty.
What I really liked about this set was the support that I could straight away feel when I put it on.
To me, lace was never an option because I was always under the impression that it would not be enough. But to my surprise, my breast feels lift up, simply well supported.
The bra is very comfy while also very sexy with its stretch lace.
I also like the middle lace inside that covers my most private bits. I do not like it when it feels too much trough, but this one really makes me feel sexy!
The brief is equally stunning. You can choose many options to complete your set but here again, the lace is the winning detail.
Femme Aubade Set
Next, I tested is the Femme Aubade Set. With its pink colour, it looks very sensual.
This one gives me the dream cleavage to feel feminine while the gentle couleur softens up the style.
What makes this set so special is the Metallic Calais-Caudry®Leavers lace. Calais is very famous for its lace making and it is such a traditional aspect of the lingerie industry.
En plus, the set also features some glittering gold drops so no need to say that I feel extremely special while wearing it all!
The ensemble is truly stunning with its luxurious features and its retro glamour style. The bow makes me feel like I am a pin-up from the 50s! And yet, very feminine, It is not too much and very elegant!
I like the vintage feeling of this set while I am still very supported! The Femme Aubade collection is very sensual with some classic Frenchie touches that no man can resist!
The brief is absolutely gorgeous with its back. Indeed, the extra bit at the top attached to the bow is so cute! It is soft, sexy and so glamour!
I am usually quite boring when I buy underwear and always go for black or white, but this subtle pink is also girlish without being too much!
Aubade Lingerie Review – Le verdict
Aubade lingerie is more than a glamorous lingerie brand. Both the sets I received for this review are extremely well-crafted and features some of the best Frenchie savoir-faire (expertise).
I remember seeing some of the label’s ads when I was younger and thinking it was very sexy. And it is! But not only! It is also here to make you feel feminine while comfy!
The Rosessence Set is a classique look to feel supported with some lace while the Femme Aubade is utterly gorgeous!
I loved both the sets and I am surprised with the results! For many years, I was not the lace kind of girl as I thought it would not support me well. Quelle erreur! You can have it all with Aubade lingerie: beauty, comfort, feminity and tradition… It is all here for your pleasure and your man’s too. After all feeling sexy is also about having a bit of sensualité...
The success of Aubade lingerie lies in its attention to details to make women feel amazing!
Plus each item truly feels luxurious! I liked my sets so much I decided to also get a tunic to parade at the pool this Summer!

Since having the kids its rare to actually find me wearing matching undies. It’s usually a case of whatever I pull out the drawer half asleep, however I should really make more of an effort for my own confidence especially now my youngest is almost 8.
Oh, how pretty! I’ve recently started buying some nice underwear again after years of ‘mum pants’ (which are awesome in their own right, but I missed ‘me’ if that makes sense?)

Lovely sets, very stylish.
Made an order for 2 pajama sets. Order arrived I took just one shirt and noticed an item “squeaks” in my hands and made statics. Emailed, they ignored questions about fabric composition. Called, they asked for time to double check with another department. I got a response “Even though silk can sometimes generate static electricity when in contact with certain skins, our pyjamas are made from 100% silk.”
I think it is silk with polyester or what’s called “Armani silk”, made of pure polyester. Statics happen because of the composition, statics caused by friction between two different materials. Meaning that it should be used more than one fiber type in that fabric.
Have you looked at the label inside? I have never tried their PJs sets so unsure. and I bought that lingerie 5 years ago so I can’t help I am afraid 🙂
