Testing ACTIPH Water – The UK’s First Alkaline Ionised Water

Bonjour lecteurs! What water do you usually have? I tend to drink sparkling mineral water. I am not a huge fan of the tap water. And if we drink it, we have a purifier anyway! So that we know it is safe! But recently, I have been testing ACTIPH Water. I was really excited to try it. Indeed, it’s the UK’s First Alkaline Ionised Water. Time to share with you my views!

ACTIPH Water

Have you come across ACTIPH Water last time you went shopping?

It is often used by athletes. Indeed, sourced in Wenlock Spring in Shropshire, the water is then ‘supercharged’ with a formule spéciale of electrolytes and minerals.

ACTIPH Water, Alkaline Ionised Water, Health, Ionised to pH 9.0+, Supercharged water, drink review, water, the Frenchie Mummy, Mum to Be

It gives it a smooth taste but also provides you with everything you need to get the energy going!

Pour finir, the water is ionised.

Some say that drinking such type of water helps against high blood pressure, diabetes and even high cholesterol. So why not try it?

Alkaline Ionised Water For Mums To Be

Alkaline ionised water such as ACTIPH Water is also said to be great for mums to be.

Indeed, alkaline water has a pH level higher than 7 (that is the case for tap water). Because of its compounds, you can dissolve solids quicker.

So fewer morning sickness as it reduces the acidity in your body.

More importantly, it can really help you with your energy level. We all know that the first few weeks of pregnancy are exhausting and any little help to make a difference is more than welcome, non?

Testing ACTIPH Water

I have been drinking ACTIPH Water over the last week (with a cheeky glass of wine too on the occasion!) and here are my views.

The water tastes absolutely fine. Giving that is has been ionised, I would have imagined it to feel stronger on the palate.

Mais non! ACTIPH Water is really appetizing.

Each morning, I always start the day with some water and lemon. Well, it is now happening with ACTIPH Water!

We’ve also been consuming the water on every occasion possible, even when we were out and about. All the family has been drinking it.

With its pH of 9+, I have felt real energy too.

Despite a bad neck and little sleep over the last few days, I am still full of energy and I have been exercising every day! Usually, something like that would have been l’excuse parfaite for me not to!

Other Benefits

Because I was testing ACTIPH Water, I also did a bit or recherche online and I found out that because of its process, alkaline water can also help slow down the ageing process.

Indeed, such water basically neutralises acid levels in the body and procures you with better hydration. So it’s a win-win situation! I have not really seen such effects yet.

After all, I’ve only been drinking ACTIPH Water for over a week. But I am keen on carrying on the experience!

My first trial is very encouraging, and even if I am not personally an athlete, it was nice to see my energy level up!

You might not see me all muddy after a hard workout outdoors like the famous ACTIPHISTS, but I will still be at the park with a bottle in my bag ?

Have you ever tried alkaline water? Or do you simply drink tap water? What are your thoughts?

ACTIPH Water is available now online via Ocado, Tesco, Sainsbury’s but also on Amazon.

Interesting review, it’s been thought for a long time that following an alkaline diet can help with some chronic illnesses including the fatigue that usually accompany them so it makes sense an alkaline water would have health benefits

Interesting and informative reading the comments.

In the past my Mum when drinking tap water when in England visiting family and / or friends would experience dry areas, and sometimes itchy areas of skin, possibly eczema / dermatitis. Which would resolve quickly once home, and had returned to drinking our own tap water. No skin treatment, no GP (General Practitioners appointment for diagnosis, treatment, etc).

Friends in London, England filtered their tap water.

Alkaline diet, alkaline water to drink :- All new to me. Will need to browse for further information via the Internet.
