Bonjour lecteurs! This time around, I am actually publishing my monthly round-up of things I loved in March quite early compared to our February summary! Last month was busy with events as always! International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day were two big ones, but it was also Grumpy Boyfriend’s birthday so we partied quite a bit! The truth? I am not 25 anymore and the day after a heavy night out is so more difficile! But we had so much fun! Here is for you March 2019 en images.
Being In The Mummy Blogs UK Top 10
I can’t start this round-up post without mentioning it! In case you missed my huge badge on the side (LOL!!), we officially made it to the Mummy Blogs UK Top 10 on Vuelio!!! It was such a lovely surprise! I am sure it would not mean much to some people but seeing my name on this list amongst some fabulous blogs I have been loving for a while was such a great feeling!
I neve thought that starting a mom blog would have brought me so many fab opportunités and surprises! Hurrah!
The Frenchie Mummy Blog will turn 3 at the end of May and it is the best blog anniversary present ever! Watch this space! We will have some fabulous giveaways next month to say a massive MERCI for all your support so far 🙂
Women’s Day at the Mahiki
Another highlight this month has to be a gorgeous party I attended for International Women’s Day at the fameux club Mahiki.
Yummy food, crazy cocktails and a bit of beauty with the Ruuby App was totally what I needed to start the month.
And I had a blast with my friend R. She is always good fun to have around for a quick chat!
But I am not the only one to have attended some fab parties! Baba had his dose too!
Back to the Royal Opera House
After having checked out its fabulous Family Sundays in January, the lovely peeps at the Royal Opera House invited us again this month. Once more, Baba enjoyed a lovely party with some good music.
We discovered it all about the ladies of the opera. We chatted to pretty ballerinas and even got to try a cape on. Have a look at our post and our stories on Instagram for more details.
If you are in Covent Garden, those family events organised pretty much each month are a must-see in town!
Helping Some Charities
But enough about all that glam! March was also a good excuse to support some great charities!
We teamed up with Comic Relief together with some cute tees while I attended a very important breakfast with the Breast Cancer Care and Asda.
Once more ladies, remember to #beyourbreastfriend! Check your breast as often as possible.
Mother’s Day Weekend in Mayfair
Et pour finir…
What is your fave part of London? I love anything fancy and glam! So Grumpy Boyfriend treated me to a very special night at the InterContinental London Park Lane Hotel.
The evening carried on into many bars in the area such as the Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel, the Manetta’s Bar, Mr Fogg’s Residence (super cool cocktail Bar in Mayfair! Check it out!!) and many others!
We even ended up at the Mahiki yet again!!
The day after was really tough as we partied until 3 am!!! But I still had a lovely time with Baba for an afternoon tea at the beautiful Eastwell Manor back in Ashford. If you are in Kent and fancy a special treat, this place is for you!
What a way to finish March!
Now that I am writing up this post, I realise that I have partied quite a bit 🙂
Not sure April will be that exciting but we are ready for it!
I hope you will enjoy your Easter Break and you will have beaucoup de chocolat. Those are my plans anyway! Bring it on! I want all the chocolate I can have…
See you next month with another round-up of all my faves!
Disclosure: This post features some sponsored content I published this month but it is merely a list of my highlights of the month! A post for me to remember what we have been up to!
