Baba Fashionista with Little Kitt & Giveaway

Bonjour lecteurs! I hope you are enjoying half-term with your little ones. What have you been up to? This week has been lush as I am off work and we spent a fab day in London on Wednesday. Plus a lot of walks to the park and some gardening! I know, right? Both Baba and Frenchie Mummy got their hands dirty! Plus we loved it. The best news, you can actually read it all here and win a fab growing kit too! Don’t miss out! But for now, it is our weekly fashion dose. Baba Fashionista with Little Kitt will show you a cute (and so Frenchie) brand we discovered at Dot to Dot London. Plus, you can win a pair of Liam leggings worth £16. Yes, the same ones as Baba in this post! How about that to celebrate the weekend!?

3 Facts about Little Kitt

  • Little Kitt is an independent British clothing company for babies and toddlers for boys and girls. If you love fun and quirky prints, this is your place! Plus the outfits are comfortable with easy shapes.

  • Its clothes are made of super-soft cotton with a focus on leggings and sweats, which are really easy for Mum and Dad to take on and off. Pretty much all the collection is unisex, so you can recycle all the items you love for the next bébé! Handy, right?

  • The founder, Caoimhe struggled to find clothes that were practical and cool among the sea of mini-me shirts and jeans on the high street. Using her knowledge gained from over a decade in the fashion industry, she began designing, creating and making…12 months later, Little Kitt was born. And her designs are cool and funky!

The brand is super trendy! So much indeed, that even la fameuse Giovanna Fletcher loves Little Kitt on her Instagram too! J’admets, I feel super cool maintenant that I know that! Superficielle, moi?!

See what we got!

“I’m fed up” Slogan Sweatshirt

How Frenchie is this top? When I saw it the first time, I could not resist but smile. Grumpy Boyfriend actually suggested that if the brand creates an adult version, I should get one ASAP. La verité? I am a bit of a moaner and I reckon, I say this phrase once or twice a day! So Frenchie la maman… But you can’t change me!

Let’s be honest, we’ve all been there… Fed up about something but it sounds so much funkier in French! Plus je pense que Baba is probably feeling this way sometimes when I just take pics all day long.

Fed up with pics… Let’s hide behind this!

Printed with the brand’s exclusive design illustrated by the very talented Ms Betty Grove, the sweater is not only super trendy. It keeps my Baba warm and comfy for all his adventures.

I also like the baby blue colour as it gives a soft side to Baba’s outfit.

There is nothing better than such a cute sweater to be dashing. After all this petit singe is the inspiration of Baba Fashionista! What else!?

Liam Leggings

How cool are those leggings? Sérieusement? Featuring Liam – the American gentleman, those pants are so funky I know without a doubt Grumpy Boyfriend wants the same!  This exclusive design created by Little Kitt is pure magic, nothing less!

Maman, do you have a good angle here? Can you see the cool print?

I know it is such a cliché to dress up a Frenchie bébé with a French Bulldog print, but I could not resist!

Definitely up to something…

We also love the pale grey colour. It is such a great combo with le chien!

L’autre plus? This outfit is 100% ecologically sourced cotton and made in Brittain! You see, Frenchie Mummy is a good lady! She supports local businesses! It’s not all about the appearances… I am not that superficial after all! Or maybe un peu 🙂

Baba Fashionista with Little Kitt – Le verdict

We love being cool and Little Kitt helped us over the last week to achieve such a goal. We love its designs as well as its funky and edgy prints. But it is more than that. It’s also a unique British brand with an owner who clearly has a passion for kids’ fashion.

The brand works with illustrators on all of its printed pieces to ensure they are unique, and not like anything else you’d find on the high street. J’adore! Why would you like to be like everyone else! And at such a fab retail price (the leggings are only £16), pourquoi résister?

Being une maman herself,  Caoimhe knows how important it is to create comfy clothes for the little ones to explore the world around them.

Finally, Little Kitt is a sustainable brand. En effet, the label works hard with the factories that supply us to ensure that the highest standards are met and maintained. Its cotton meets the strict Oeko-Tex standard 100 and it only uses CE certified “phalite free” inks ensuring that no harmful substances or dyes are used at any stage of production.

I say Little Kitt has the full package: cool, different, fun, ethical… No wonder why all the stars love it! And us too!
