Baba Fashionista with Newbie

Bonjour lecteurs! We are back on the fashion scene after a break. Frenchie Mummy was busy packing up boxes as we were moving house and we did not think about fashion for a little bit as we were getting ready for our new home. Well, she did think about it as the first thing she did in her new town was to check out her local outlet shopping centre… But let’s not talk about Frenchie Mummy’s shopping addiction. That is actually not all she did! She also got pampered at the Mondrian Hotel with a manicure and a massage. Why don’t you treat your maman to something like that for Mother’s Day? Have a look here. She would love it for sure! Today, Baba Fashionista with Newbie is very cute with a brand you will not be able to resist.

• Newbie is a Swedish lifestyle brand for the little ones, launched in 2010. Its popularity and huge demand for its products led to the opening of its first standalone store in Stockholm in 2014.

 

• The label is proud to be sustainable. Indeed, la marque is fully aware that producing clothes affects our world. That is why Newbie does its utmost to choose more sustainable solutions in every aspect of the production of our collections – from how the cotton is grown to the choice of chemicals and better working conditions. And we say ‘oui!’ to that because being a fashionista does not mean that we are not eco-friendly. C’est l’opposé!

 

• Another thing we like about Newbie? It covers some classic looks without breaking the bank! Indeed, the label is also super affordable while looking super cute! Newbie designs creations for everyday life but knows what it is to be a parent.

Let’s have a look at some pieces we received and what we liked about it!

If you head over to Newbie’s website, you will not miss the palette of natural colours. This jumper represents very well the brand and its ethics. Made of 100% cotton, it is super soft and we love its couleurs. It is so easy to wear: with a pair of jeans or some trousers in the same tones, it is a no-brainer.

It looks sweet but a bit sophistiquée at the same time. A fab key piece for the winter that we will for sure reuse in the Spring as an extra layer when we go for a walk and it’s a bit chilly.

But Newbie is more than a natural-looking label. It is also super sweet as it features some special guests like this bear. If you read our other fashion posts, you will know that we like nothing more than garments with some animaux in it. It makes Baba look so angelic! When en réalité, he is not…

This top is so also very comfy and so easy to match with anything else! Actually, it is such an adorable piece, it is now out of stock… Ah non! Pas de panique, if you look around carefully, you will be fast to find some more bears somewhere on the website!

It is parfait with our top and it is so comfy and easy to wash! Baba is content because he looks awesome (and he knows that he is a babe...). Made of 100% cotton, the elastic waistband means that we can put it on and off within seconds. Un grand avantage when you have a fidgety monster like Baba! Sérieusement, I sometimes feel like I am doing a workout when I am trying to dress him up!

The print is fab for the season and looks so naturel! It gives Baba a soft side and we can match it up with so many outfits from his wardrobe!

Looking for a kids’ fashion brand that is not going to ruin you, but still knows what it means to look cute? Newbie is your choice! Not only its outfits are made with care and are here to last, but each creation is sweet.

We love its palette as well as its adorable prints and guests. If you are also an animals’ lover, you will like this label!

Simple, yet cute, a brand to remember for classic looks you can always count on! But Newbie also knows how to have some fun! Look at this bib we found in its latest shop in Richmond! It was a hit when we went away for New Year’s Eve!
