It’s the best feeling ever to put on some comfy boots and a jacket and go for a walk. Are you ready to be super fashionable in the coming week? I made une liste of Autumn Accessories Every Woman Needs To Own for the coming months.
A good Pair of Sunglasses
What is your wardrobe staple? I would never be seen without a pair of sunglasses.
It’s L’ACCESSOIRE numéro 1 for me! Even when the sun is not out, I would have them on. C’est l’accessoire parfait to hide the bags under my eyes!
Aoolia offers a lovely selection of prescription sunglasses with all couleurs and shapes, whatever you need. I usually stick to one kind of build, but si vous préférez trendy eyeglasses or geometric glasses, they have them too.
I feel that kind of shade looks great on me, what about you?
Cashmere Pieces
To keep warm and comfy when the weather gets a bit colder, I always accessorise my outfit with a cashmere scarf.
It keeps you cosy and there is something so chic about this fiber. Je préfère oversized versions as they can double as a shawl.
But I also love a good cashmere sweater.
It gives you a soft and comfortable style to your ensemble for un look élégant. In terms of colours, I usually wear navy or pink.
But this year, I have my eyes on a purple scarf that will go so well with my collection of coats.
Tote Bag
You know me, I am a bag lover and I have a rather large collection. If anything, I feel that le sac parfait can dress up any outfit and it always makes me feel fabulous.
In Autumn, I have a soft touch for tote bags. They are so handy to put everything you need, from your laptop, some books, and your make-up, to Stanley’s snacks and some spare clothes if we go out and about.
A must-do for any organised mama.
Boots
And j’adore completing my look with the right pair of shoes.
Boots are a must-have in Autumn, I buy a pair every year and I love wearing my bottes with a nice pair of jeans or my favourite dress.
In terms of style, I go for comfort as well as a chic attitude. This is why Chelsea Boots are my go-to. They are l’exemple parfait of French fashion in the ’60s.
You can’t get it wrong and it will go with so many fashion pieces. Brown or black? Those are les couleurs classiques, but brands make it so much fun these days with shades such as pink, and silver.
Suede Boots are also on my list as I think it’s une option glam. They are just a bit more delicate to look after.
Vintage Inspired Pieces
Fancy making it a bit plus personnel? I love nothing more than vintage pieces in my wardrobe.
Victorian-inspired designs have been dominating the runway recently and I could not agree more with it.
Go for it, find your style, and rock it! You can get so many unique pieces that are true bargains in charity shops and kilo sales.
It will always up a basic outfit. And what I absolutely love about it is that nobody else will be wearing it for some added edge.
Personnellement, I always hunt for ’50s and ’60s dresses or tops to go with some denim jeans and pumps.
It is also worth investing in good old blazers. They always come back in fashion.
Hairbands & Pearls
Another very Frenchie accessory I can’t resist is a hairband. I am never traveling without one or two in my luggage!
It brightens up my outfit and hides any bad hair day. I have dozens with different colours, but I gotta say I LOVE a print leopard one.
Finally, pearls never get out of style so worth investing in some.
I have a modern version from Merci Maman that I have been wearing for months, but you can also go for a long bead necklace. They are timeless and très chic. Very Madame Chanel.

I do love a nice pretty tote bag, one that can carry all my kids’ essentials but makes me look sophisticated too. I also look a good pair of autumn boots. I have a few of those that I alternate depending on what I am wearing. I love how you found a pair of shorts that matches your bag too.

Definitely a nice comfortable pair of boots. Perfect for all day shopping, or in the evening with a nice dress. I have so many pairs in various colours or patterns to give a fun quirky look.
