Integrating It In My New Routine
Now, this version is un peu différente from the Naked Collagen Creamer as you have to take it before and/or after exercise.
So it works very well with my new regime. Indeed, my coach planned a whole set of strength workouts for me each week. So I mix 30g or 2 scoops of the powder in water or milk et voilà!
But you can also add it into a smoothie if you prefer. Each dose will provide you with 25 grammes of proteins. It’s recommended to get 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, so you do the maths and see what you need.
I could not think of an easier way to make sure I’ve got all my nutrients throughout the day without thinking about it.

As I am following a new programme where I mix cardio and strength exercises, it’s been really helpful in my recovery.
