5 Easy Ways To Get Your House Spring Ready

Bonjour lecteurs! Bored of this grey sky out there? It really does not feel like Spring is in full swing right now. The Easter weekend is coming up soon. Will you be doing an Easter egg hunt with the little ones?  Here are my Easy Ways To Get Your House Spring Ready.

1. Add Some Flowers

Flowers such as lilies or lavender always brighten up any home.

And you don’t even need to go for real flowers. I have just ordered this beautiful Lavender Wreath from Lights4fun.

It adds up to such a nice touch to the space. Fancy un look plus classique?

Attach it to your front door. I will probably do so later on. But the weather has been so humid and grey, I fancy a bit of colours indoors first.

2. Hop Like A Bunny

You must know it by now… In the Frenchie house, we are literally bunny obsessed! So much indeed, we keep getting little accessories and decorative pieces featuring some lapins ?.

Our fave pets Coco & Chanel are far from disapproving.

I just found those super cute White Mottled Glass Bunny Easter Decorations and I can’t get enough of them.

When they are on, they give a lovely ambience to the house. They are parfaits for adding a subtle touch of Easter to your home and filling your space with a comforting glow. C’est beau non?

3. Use Candles & LED Candles

Nothing beats candles to turn any house into a home sweet home.

I also love LED candles that have an authentic wax finish but are purely battery-operated for a safer option. It looks lighter too and they will end up lasting longer than real candles.

4. A Welcome Glow

There is nothing chicer than some outdoor lanterns on our porch to feel like Easter in the air. I went for this bundle option and j’adore.

In the evenings, when I get back to work, it just looks so stylish.

5. Little Touches In Your Rooms

Those lanterns are originally made for outdoor spaces.

However, I feel they give a lovely glow to our living room too.

In the evenings, I switch the main light off and add our lanterns to create a more cosy and ambient setting.

It looks just lovely, doesn’t it?

Our house is full of seeds germinating out of eggshells at the moment to celebrate Spring. We also brought potted flowers to add some colours and the kids have been doing plenty of arts and crafts to let the whole world know it’s Easter soon haha. I do love those bunny lanterns though. So beautiful.

My children have been doing so many craft projects this week that our house resembles the easter bunny’s workshop! Those little bunny lights are so cute!

I love the lanterns. They look beautiful. We have little Easter themed string lights and the lights are great for a change of atmosphere.
