Inner-Soul Red Carpet Facial Review

Bonjour lecteurs! I hope you are not too tired while you are keeping the children busy during the Summer holiday. Already feeling like you could do with a little break? We have the solution for you! What about getting pampered this weekend? Inner-Soul got in touch with us recently to try one of their facials. And here is what we made of it! Plus if our Inner-Soul Red Carpet Facial Review convinced you to go for it and have a facial, don’t forget to enjoy the fabulous promo code that Emma came up with for our readers!

Inner-Soul Holistic Care of Skin

Inner-Soul offers Holistic treatments  that are designed to deal with the person as a whole. Emma Coleman, an Aesthetic Nurse & a Facialist and Skin Nutritionist, founded Inner-Soul with the vision that if we feel good about how we look, our confidence always shines through. Emma believes that the condition of the skin over the face and neck tells a story about us, affecting how we feel, our confidence and esteem.

With her services, she offers women and men the opportunity to tell the best story of themselves.

Le plus?  Inner-Soul is an eco-friendly clinic with active measures in place to reduce waste and care for our environment. Emma is against animal testing and her skin care is tested only on willing humans!

So when I was asked to review the Red Carpet Facial, I was very intrigued. I love a good facial and it used to be a tradition to go to Spa breaks every time we had a minute with Grumpy Boyfriend. Mais I never had something like that and I needed a little pampering session… So I said ‘Oui’.

Let’s see what happened with our treatment.

Inner-Soul Red Carpet Facial Review – The treatment

Based in the South-East of London, Emma’s home studio is lovely and la place parfaite to feel relaxed.

Ready to get pampered? I am!

The atmosphere is quiet and the music makes you feel very comfortable.

A great place to feel relaxed

Emma was very attentive and eager to answer any questions I had as I’d never done this kind of treatment before.

After offering me a glass of water, she asked me some questions about my skin and explained to me the facial. She put me straight away at ease and was really nice saying that my skin condition was very good. I do take care a lot of it! A compliment is always welcome 🙂

Here is in more details our Red Facial Carpet Facial:

  •  A skin cleanse

  • mild glycolic peel to exfoliate which felt very refreshing. Made of extracts of cranberry and mulberry, it gave me a deep cleanse.

  • Emma then applied some Mesotherapy on the whole face. It’s a tailor-made cocktail of nutrients rich in hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals and amino-acids. This treatment was very soft on the skin. Using a syringe, Emma gently applied it all over my face. It helped to balance the sebum production naturally.

  • And finally, a cooling Collagen-Boost Mask was applied. In the meantime, Emma gave me a hand massage. It was perfect to relax!

Inner-Soul Red Carpet Facial Review – My thoughts

It was clear from the start that Emma is passionate about this! Throughout the entire session, she was very nice and gentle. I think she felt (rightly!) that I was a bit worried about having a syringe so close to my face!

Straight away, I felt fresh as soon as the skin cleanse was over.

Emma’s studio is very relaxing and the quiet music really makes you feel like you are at a Spa.

The peel felt fresh on my skin.

But the best was the Mesotherapy which did some wonders! My skin was a bit red after the facial. My face tends to react quickly to new products, but at no point, it felt invasive. I was actually surprised that a syringe was used. I barely felt anything. It didn’t hurt whatsoever and I was really relaxed.

The Collagen- Boost Mask was the perfect ending, especially with a massage. I also liked the ingredients used: avocado and liquorice root.

Once it was over, Emma gave me some time on my own to relax and get back to reality. She offered me another glass of water.

I must say I was very disappointed when she told me the session was over! It went too fast!

Inner-Soul Red Carpet Facial Review – Le verdict

Inner-Soul facials are simply magic! My skin was a bit red after the session, but it got back to normal pretty quickly. Emma also gave me some cream to put on it. It smelt lovely and it had a calming sensation as soon as I applied it. I am still using it every day as a night cream and my skin’s condition has improved a lot.

After the treatment, my face felt plump and healthy. More importantly, it was so much relaxing! It’s a great way to have some ‘me-time’ and forget about le bébé et la maison!

I am also really happy with the long-term results. My skin has fewer imperfections and it is so much smoother and feels clear.

You would have understood it, Frenchie Mummy loved this Inner-Soul Red Carpet Facial!

There is something for everyone and you will feel so much better afterwards! I do like feeling like a princess, but this facial was different. It was more than a Spa treatment. I felt refreshed and so much relaxed!

Sounds like a lovely treat. I haven’t had a facial or visited a spa in ages but have one booked for October with a friends. I would be a little worried, though, about a syringe being used but I’m glad to hear it didn’t hurt.
