    I love Aqua Fit and try to walk 10,000 steps a day. Don’t always reach that, but usually get to about 7000 steps

    I do an hour’s cardio / weights session in the gym 6 days a week. I then swim 64-100 lengths front crawl as a reward for all the hard work in the gym! I love swimming!

    I cycle 3-4 times a week and I do regular work outs. Exercising is extremely important to me, especially in winter months, as it makes me feel happy afterwards. Sports clothing is so crucial but, I find it quite expensive so, getting spoiled with this prize would be a great treat.
