All About Routines

Strong families are happier because of their daily routines. It’s all about what you do day in, day out. Personnellement, I am all about morning rituals to start the day right. We have breakfast together, chat, read a book, etc. I prepare his uniform the night before, so that we are on time. We exercise as much as possible together, we enjoy walks and other activities. Plus, I often do a workout at home while he plays in the living-room. Remember, you are your kids’ model. So I like him seeing me being active. I want to teach him that it’s important to look after yourself inside out. We do some meditation too together. At the end of the day, it’s all about balance. Being a working parents has its hurdles. But with good habits in place and a few tricks or two, you can create a space that feels good to every member of the family.
