Personnellement, I love going for walk after school drop off. I set my mind in the right place for the day ahead. I always come back energised and full of idées. People are all about hustling and rushing, but there is no better feeling than pausing and appreciating simple things that are around us.

I am always amazed of how beautiful the fauna and flora are. J’adore taking it all in. It’s such a grounding and powerful habit to have. Plus, cardio is the best exercise you can do to keep fit and healthy.

It’s all about being comfy and feeling good in my body. So I invested into some Gym + Coffee sportwear to go on my aventures locales. It has never felt so good to be back out and about on my own!

J’adore my whole new outfits! Those Gym + Coffee flare leggings are the comfiest trousers to wear. Plus, they are so flattering! This shape always works on curvy ladies. Even better, the flares style is very trendy at the minute. It’s definitely worth investing in a pair or two. Team them up with a feminine zip hoodie et voilà! What do you think? It even works well with my water bottle.

Meditation & Reading

Summer was all about my family. As a busy working mum, it was a tight schedule to meet up all my deadlines while looking after Stanley at home. It was a juggle at times. I won’t lie, it could be frustrating. I was actually happy to see him go back to school, so that I could get back to my routines.

Autumn is all about nurturing changes in daily routines. C’est important to find a balance and be happy. I am a strong believer that a happy mummy makes a happy family.

To complete my autumn reset, I am also back to using a facial sculpting tool. It’s one of those things that I intermittently use.

As always with the summer holidays, I paused some of my best beauty and skincare routines. But I am glad I am implementing it again. Really, it’s so easy to use. You can seamlessly fit it into your everyday routines.

Make it a ritual with 5 minutes every morning and you will notice such a différence. I normalement use mine with a serum to help further and my skin is already brighter and feels smoother. Its texture and elasticity is so much better.
