Baba Fashionista with IKKS
IKKS is a very chic French brand with some rock’n’roll vibes. The label has a large collection for all the famille.
I will mainly talk about the kids’ collection here but have a look at the women section too for some classic Parisian looks.
If you like a bit of urban chic style in your wardrobe, this is a brand for you! It is basically like a French version of All Saints but utterly elegant.
And the qualité of each garment is stunning!
The IKKS Junior collection features some cool détails. With its urban chic cuts and designs, it is super fashionable and comfy!
Boys’ Camouflage Joggers
Take those Boys’ Camouflage Joggers par exemple.
Not only they have a cool print that makes my Baba stand out in the crowd. They are also super practical with the combat pockets.
The camouflage motif is subtle with the choice of two dark colours, while the jogging pants style adds up some cool attitude.
It is more than some comfy sportswear. It is utterly cool and trendy.
I teamed them up with an IKKS sweater from last season and it works so well!

Boys’ Marl Trousers
Those grey trousers are a must for any fashionista.
Indeed, those casual sweatshirt fabric trousers in jeans cut look so chic!
Such smart style! Made of 65% polyester, 27% cotton and 8% viscose for some great wear, I am in love with this intense colour!
Et le plus? The adjustable waist! It is so clever!
I ordered a size 6 for Baba. French brands tend to size up quite small.
But when the trousers actually arrived, it was clear that the piece was too large for him… Pas de problème!
Thanks to this super cool system (there is an elastic for you to adapt with buttons inside), it fits him!
Even better he will be able to wear it a couple of years!
Boys’ Cards Shirt
I teamed up the trousers with this extremely elegant shirt and look at how charming Baba is!
La combo parfaite!
And with the playing card suits in a rock version as a print, you can’t resist!
It is such a cool twist to a classic white shirt! So chic and mega cool too!
Jumpers For Frenchie Mummy
As IKKS also offers women’s clothes, the brand kindly sent me two pieces from the AW19 collection.
I am absolutely in love with this beige knitted sweater. The twists are so pretty!
And because it is made of wool and acrylic, it keeps me warm! I am a sucker for a polo neck jumper like that too!
So Frenchie! So much in love indeed, I also ordered this beautiful back t-shirt to complete my winter look.
I keep wearing it encore et encore! It is so versatile!
And it is so elegant with its stretch fitting! Très féminin!
