Keep The Children Busy At Home With Kid Kreations

Bonjour lecteurs! We have now been enduring the lockdown for over a week and a half… How are we all coping with it? Staying at home with the boys 24/7 has had some challenges so far. Even if Grumpy Boyfriend is also working from home, it became quite obvious that I am pretty much managing Baba more. Is it the same for you? Time to be creative and some brands have been extremely on board with it all! Keep The Children Busy At Home With Kid Kreations. The toys’ company launched the Stay@Home challenge for some fun! Regardez!

The Parental Lockdown

Since the official lockdown in the UK,  I have had ups and downs. Quite frankly, it has been difficile to do the whole homeschooling thing while trying to work.

And I came to quickly realise that it was mainly down to me to entertain the little one. Even if Grumpy Boyfriend is working from home, I am the one who spends most of the time with our son as my other-half is the breadwinner. And he has more work than me.

But so far, Baba seems to love it. We have been doing more things together than ever and he is loving the extra attention (plus the extra dose of cartoons too!!). And we have also enjoyed living in the country with many walks in our local woods!

But I will not lie. It has been times when I just asked Baba to watch cartoons or keep himself entertained.

Because I still need to work and take care of most house chores such as cleaning and cooking, not that I like those much ?

Playing

You probably know Kid Kreations if you have children. It is a small UK based toy manufacturer in Staffordshire.

We regularly work with Tiny Treasures. It is one of its brands and we love its cute dolls that are so réalistiques.

Thanks for this. I am always on the look out for additional activities to keep my granddaughter occupied, as my daughter is also trying to work from home. Her husband is a key worker, so my daughter is chiefly responsible for educating / entertaining my granddaughter, while still trying to manage projects for her employer.

Very much a rollercoaster atm. Missing the grandchildren who are 2 and s half and 16 months and really don’t get understand why grandparents are in a screen all of a sudden.

Eldest is fortunately still working and is working from home as he is a software developer. He finds it difficult though as our DiL is trying to keep 2 little ones entertained downstairs.

They are used to being out and about. They are far to young to get what’s happening.

I shall send this link to our DiL for ideas
