A couple of weeks ago, Cybex invited us to celebrate the launch of the Priam at the baby boutique Eat Sleep Love.

Based in Blackheath, the boutique is lovely and the staff are so nice! We arrived and enjoyed the party at first, but soon, le célèbre Baba got tired and we ended up using a bed in the boutique as our base for a couple of minutes to rest…

A happy baby in a bed…

Enough talking about Baba! He is not the star of this post for today! You know who is? Not Frenchie Mummy… Non! An object that I am sure all mamans would dream to have! I am talking about the Priam by Cybex!

Here is the beast dans toute sa splendeur:

The Priam by Cybex

Baba personally tried it and it was really comfy in his opinion. This model is very versatile as you have a great choice of colours, styles and you also have a choice of wheels for every path! Another great feature of the Priam? You can also have a travel system which is fully compatible with the Cybex infant car seats.

I absolutely love the bright colour of this car seat. A travel system is the best!

I love the idea. We personally bought a travel system for l’arrivée de Baba and I never regretted this choice!

If you have a very exciting lifestyle like Frenchie Mummy and her tribu, you will enjoy the fact that the Priam also features suitable for snow, ice and even carrying sibling, with ski-attachments from the front wheels (for when we go to Courchevel)!

On a more serious note (I don’t go skiing!), I tried the Priam and it is very easy to manoeuvre! It’s also super light, which is great for a mummy like me, always on the go and travelling in London all the time. I reckon I would not need any help to carry it on a train, unlike other prams which are not as convenient if you use a lot of buses or the tube.

While I attended this blogger event, I was particularly impressed with the two-step fold mechanism. The Priam is facile to fold into a compact package with one hand! C’est très pratique for mummies like me who happen to have a very heavy baby.

You would have understood it, I love the Priam and its features. So much that I was very sad not to win the competition that was organised that day. I will blame it on Baba and his diva attitude… Look at his face when we tried the pushchair ?

Moody Baba

He was clearly tired because this item was divine! I wish I have heard of it before having Baba. The Priam would have definitely been on my shopping list, especially the ‘Birds of Paradise’ edition! This pushchair not only had all the fabulous features we discovered when we went to Eat Sleep Love, but it is the coolest thing I have ever seen for a long time!

Frenchie Mummy wants this cool item!!!!

No wonder why famous and trendy people like Keira Knightley, Rosamund Pike or Katy Perry are fans of Cybex! Watch out! You might see one day le fameux Baba and his trendy maman (well, trying! I am Frenchie, so I automatically have some fab factor, non?) walking along in London with a Cybex pushchair and feel like one of those stars! Dreaming loud never hurts you!

Disclosure: This is not a sponsored post. We would love to thank both Eat Sleep Love (stop by the boutique if you are in the Blackheath area! They have gorgeous baby items!) and Cybex for inviting us to the event. Oh, and merci for my new changing bag…

I love it! And I kind of feel like a superstar with it! You see I told you dreaming is good for you!

  1. Stylish!! I’m passed the baby stage and definitely not going back! Lightweight with plenty of storage was always key for me and this one looks great too – fab!! #EatSleepBlogRT

  2. I love the colours of the car seats. We’ve always had boring black! If only I could persuade my husband to let me have another baby…

  3. I love prams and this looks amazing, especially the birds of paradise design. It would definitely be on my wishlist should I ever be in the market for a new pram (which totally wouldn’t happen I just love prams!) #kcacols

  4. This looks like a great stroller! Love the bird print. I’m sorry you didn’t win – hopefully next time! #KCACOLS

  5. Love the birds of paradise edition, looks really well made too. Give me a pretty printed wrap or sling over a pram any day though 😉 #KCACOLS

  6. This looks like a great set! And love the birds of paradise edition! I do love a nice print on kids items rather than the generic pink/blue or even black! #KCACOLS

  7. This pram looks fab! And sounds like it’s really practical too! It made me smile that Baba wanted a rest and used a bed in the boutique. How sweet! 🙂 Thank you for sharing at #KCACOLS

  8. These do look very stylish. I have had a few pushchairs over the years, but never a cybex. I know they are famous for safety and good design though.

  9. That looks great, I love the parrot. I’m on my third pushchair, I wonder if Hubs will let me have a fourth?!

  10. Years since we needed a prank but am tempted to buy one with ski attatchments so I can look fancy in Verbier. Well that’s me with my Plummy Mummy hat on of course! jo x #KCACOLS

  11. Years since we needed a pram but am tempted to buy one with ski attatchments so I can look fancy in Verbier. Well that’s me with my Plummy Mummy hat on of course! jo x #KCACOLS

  12. I love our travel system, but this looks like it might have the slight edge with the one handed fold! I love Cybex car seats and if this has the same attention to detail then it sounds like a winner! #KCACOLS

  13. This looks like a really stylish and neat pushchair. I travel on public transport a lot with Cygnet so we have to have something really small. When he was a baby we had an Uppababy cruz which I quite liked. Now we just have a maclaren globetrotter. I really like the look of the Cybex. Pen x #KCACOLS

  14. It’s been many years since I’ve needed what we would call a stroller. 😉 Thanks for sharing, this one looks amazing! #KCACOLS

  15. I love travel systems! We have a silver cross which has done us a treat but as he is getting bigger I am finding downsides which is a bit devastated as I thought silver cross was the best out there!
Might have to check them out! #KCACOLS

  16. lovely review and it sounds like you had a fab day – even if the little dude was tired! fab changing bag too 🙂 travel systems were a must for me as well. so much easier #KCACOLS

  17. Oh wow I love the look of this! So stylish and it sounds amazing! I’m gutted that there are no babies for me to buy this pram for, pretty soon I wont have a pram at all as my two year old refuses to get in the pram anymore. Waaah! #KCACOLS

  18. Tres chic! Looks fabulous. But alas we are way past the travel system stage, we’re running around on two feet, the next stage might be Heelys if they get the chance. I have to say I don’t miss pushing that buggy around, so anything that makes that stage easier, that can only be better. #KCACOLS

  19. Oh I love the design – so pretty! Shame you didn’t win, but least you got the very glamorous changing bag! #eatsleepblogrt

  20. It is an absolutely lovely pushchair, and it sounds like you and Baba had a great day out too. Almost enough to make you want another baby! (*Almost* haha)

  21. I love a good buggy/pram/travel system…whatever they call them I love them! This one looks lovely. I like grey best, #KCACOLS
