BabyHub SleepSpace Travel Cot Review

Bonjour lecteurs! If like us, you are always on the move, a good travel cot is so important. It is really one of the essential buys for the baby. These days, it is difficile to make your mind up with so many brands and shops available on the market. I don’t know if you do the same, but once I like a boutique, I tend to stick with it! Pourquoi pas? We worked with BabyHub in the past and we were super impressed with this magasin so when they asked us to test one of their bestsellers, we agreed straight away! And here for you now is our BabyHub SleepSpace Travel Cot Review. We tell you if we think it is a baby cot to invest in!

BabyHub SleepSpace Travel Cot – Features

In a nutshell, here is what you are promised with the BabyHub SleepSpace Travel Cot.

  • the cot is suitable for little ones up to 3 years
  • it is super light (only 6kg)
  • the pack contains an extra padded mat, a mosquito net as well as a carry bag
  • available in 4 couleurs (Pebble, Kiwi, Tangerine and Ruby)
  • this lit bébé (cot in Frenchie) is not only a cot. You can also use it as a tepee

Un, deux, trois… and it is up!

But we will show you in this BabyHub SleepSpace Travel Cot Review that it can be way more than that!

BabyHub SleepSpace Travel Cot Review – First Impressions

I was astonished by its size when it arrived. The box was huge. Our old cot was something way smaller.

Once unpacked, I was very pleased to see that you get a proper carry bag with it. Many time, cots feature a tiny one that is so small it is a pain to put the whole thing back in!

And some extra protection for the baby when it is hot is always welcome too!

We also liked the cool style as well as the bright colour. Many styles can be pretty boring, but this one stands out straight away.

We Tested It

What do you do when you use a product for the first time? You read the instructions and I really don’t like this bit…

Lucky moi! There were only a few! And you know why? Because the BabyHub SleepSpace Travel Cot is mega simple to set up!

I put Baba in it but he would not sleep 🙁

I have never seen something so facile to do! Simply open it up in ONE easy movement. Pull up the telescoping white top et voilà!

Baba had a go in it straight away and even if it is a super light cot, he was comfy and happy to be in it!

I actually left it open in the living room for a couple of days and le Frenchie bébé was loving it!

More Than a Cot

Ultimately, the BabyHub SleepSpace Travel Cot is not only a space to sleep. Once you do not have any use as an extra bed when you go away, you can leave it up and it becomes a tepee for your toddler to play! Indeed, it looks like a pyramid and its zipped door on the side makes it easy to go in and out!

Ask Baba… He tried quite a bit this feature!

Un autre petit détail I like? You get a mosquito net cover with it. And I reckon it must have been super handy in the hot weather we had over the summer! Or if you travel to some fancy destination!

It is so thoughtful! Because you want your baby to be comfy and sleep nicely all night!

Equally easy to pack up, this cot is the dream come true for busy parents who do not have all day to work out how to use it.

BabyHub SleepSpace Travel Cot Review – le verdict

Overall, I am very impressed with the BabyHub SleepSpace Travel Cot! Not only it is a safe and light cot to use when you go away, but it can be more with a bit of imagination!

You can convert it into a fun tepee. And actually way more! Ours was a really fab hot air balloon and a rocket too!

You see, I told you we would uncover some exclusive use for it 🙂 Thanks to Baba!

More seriously, the BabyHub SleepSpace Travel Cot is some really cool gear for parents. We love its modern style but also the great accessories you get with it!

More importantly, it is mega easy to set it up! So much indeed I am keeping it with love for our next Baba! Because when you have such a simple baby item, you know it is a winner!

Retailing at £149, it might seem a bit pricey but it is a saviour for busy parents. It’s so effortless and so mobile with the bag!

So good that its easy to assemble, nothing worse than trying to figure out a heap of instructions if you’ve left it to last minute to put it up

Oh wow they’ve come on in leaps and bounds since mine were tiny enough to use them (Youngest one is almost 8). Love the fact it included a mosquito net to protect little ones against bites at home and away.
