3 Facts about My Mini Pinny

  • The label creates very cute aprons with a vintage feel. Made from 100% cotton, you have such a beautiful selection of patterns.
  • We actually met Anna, the creator at Top Drawer and it is so clear that she has a true passion for what she is doing. Her granny always had a fabric cotton pinny hanging on the back of her kitchen door. Anna inherited her 1967 Singer sewing machine and the rest is history. She started making pinnies for both children and their mamans.
  • Everybody loves them. So much indeed that her beautiful creations have been featured in many magazines such as Fabulous and Juno.

This fab label sent us some very Frenchie aprons. When you see the print, you will probably laugh. It is so Frenchie!

Mummy & Me Gift Set

So My Mini Pinny makes beautiful creations for our little ones, but if you are too a chef in la cuisine like Frenchie Mummy (remember her fabulous Bœuf Bourguignon’s recipe?), you can order a gorgeous set so that you have some matching pinnies with your child! How cool is that?

First impressions? We loved the gorgeous print! The navy font with the cute little white dogs is parfait!

Such a gorgeous chien!

This flat fronted pinny is not as girly as some other items from the collection. This new release, called ‘Humphrey’ after one of Anna’s favourite 1960’s children’s books, is adorable.

The classic white and navy colours make for a striking combination and Humphrey all over is the perfect finishing touch for our Baba. It is so Frenchie, right?

All Anna’s creations are made individually in her studio in Hertfordshire. The attention to details is stunning and we love the logo of the brand. It is simply gorgeous!

Getting the spoon ready and checking it is up to date

The adjustable straps at the top ensure the perfect fit and it also means we will be able to keep it for a long time! I love this! Baba is a real gourmet and there is no doubt that we will be using it for awhile! Hurrah! There is nothing better than an item made of good quality you can keep as long as you want.

This pinny makes the perfect Christmas present. You can use it for the fun to dress up or for a more traditional use in the kitchen.

But we loved it so much Baba also used it while we were gardening.

Baba is also a great gardener!

He is indeed a mucky boy so Frenchie Mummy loved having the apron in this situation.

Baba Fashionista with My Mini Pinny – Le verdict

I must say that My Mini Pinny got me to spend more time in the kitchen! Bien sûr, Baba is not yet a chef, but he enjoyed cooking some dishes with me while wearing this gorgeous apron. He particularly liked feeling part of a team and licking the spoon! Isn’t it the best part of cooking? I used to do the same as a little girl 🙂
